What are your safety measures for the Coronavirus (COVID-19)?

How much does it cost?

The admission fee (including tax) is:
$25 per person for groups of 4+
$30 per person for groups of 3
$35 per person for groups of 2

Children aged 9 or less do not count towards your group size, and can join your group for free.

How many people are in a group?

Please note that children under the age of 10 do not count towards your group size.

Underground Bunker: 2 to 10 people (recommended 4 to 8)
Drunken Bar Heist: 4 to 10 people (recommended 4 to 8)
Ultimate Game Room: 4 to 10 people (recommended 4 to 8)

The group sizes for the other rooms will be announced as each room is launched.

The recommended group sizes take into consideration the physical dimensions of the rooms as well as the level of difficulty.

If your group size exceeds the recommended number of people, and you are concerned about being too crowded, you should consider dividing your group and booking two rooms instead of one.

Can children participate?

Yes! Although the puzzles and clues in our rooms are designed for youth (14+) and adults, groups can include younger children.

Children 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and usually enjoy our escape rooms when participating with their parents, or as a family.

Bookings for birthday parties, windups, and similar events are not usually recommended if the group consists mainly of 13 year olds and younger, and better suited for adults or youth 14+.

Older youth (14+) don't require adult supervision.

How do I book?

A credit card is required to book a room as there is a $25 deposit.

You can click here to book online or you can call us at 204-231-4903 to book over the phone.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Interac debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Is a deposit required?

To book your room, there is a $25 deposit, which will be applied towards the admission fees when your group arrives on the day of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

To cancel your booking, call us at 204-231-4903. When cancelling a booking at least one day in advance, the deposit will be automatically refunded. For same-day cancellations, the deposit will only be refunded if someone else books the same room and time, otherwise the deposit will be lost. Same-day rescheduling of a booking to another day will be treated the same as a cancellation and new booking. Not showing up to a booking on time will result in a loss of the deposit.

Is my group placed with another group?

No. Only players in your own group will participate in the room that you booked.

Are we actually locked in the room?

No. For your safety, the door through which you enter the room will remain unlocked. You are free to leave the room if necessary, such as to use the washroom.

Are your escape rooms scary?

No. Our current rooms are not intended to be scary. However, they are designed to create an immersive atmosphere, which can include different lighting and sounds. Some of our rooms may also include engaging challenges or surprises to increase the entertainment experience.

Where do I park?

We have a large parking lot with plenty of free parking at the back of the building at 420 Des Meurons Street.

Our entrance is also at the back.

How early should we arrive?

Your group should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and pay.

Make sure that each member of your group completes our online waiver before coming. Check with the person in your group that booked the room so that they can provide you with the unique waiver form link for your booking.

What happens if we are late?

Depending on how late you are, we may have to reduce your playing time, and possibly provide additional hints to ensure you progress through the room more quickly. This is to allow for the next group to start at their booked time.

Do we have to remove our shoes?

To keep our rooms clean, we may ask you to remove your outdoor footwear if necessary.

Do you have lockers?

Your group will have a large dedicated wardrobe/locker where you can hang your jackets and store your handbags and mobile devices. The wardrobe will be locked until you leave the escape room.

Are your escape rooms accessible?

Yes! Some rooms might require one group member to take a step up or reach up or down, but that's the extent of it.

We design our rooms so that as a group, you don't have to crawl through a tunnel, climb stairs, or swing on a burning vine across quicksand!

Previous satisfied customers have come with crutches, baby strollers, wheelchairs, service dogs, etc.
