How much does it cost?

The regular admission price is $30/person for target group sizes of 4 to 6 people, and adjusts for larger or smaller groups.

Children aged 9 or less may join your group for free and do not count as a paying person towards your group size.

Tax is included in all prices listed below.

How many people should be in a group?

Although anyone can certainly attempt to escape with a small group (fewer than 4 people), our recommendation is to come as a group of 4+ people unless you already have some experience with escape rooms.

What age is appropriate for your escape rooms?

Our escape rooms are great for groups that consist primarily of adults, teens or youth 12+ years old.

We do not recommend bringing a group that consists primarily of children 11 years or younger. However, these young participants are welcome to join along with older participants, such as a family.

Is there a waiver form?

Yes, every member of your group will need to complete our online waiver.

How do I book?

You can click here to book online or you can call us at 204-231-4903 to book over the phone.

Is a deposit required?

No, there is no deposit required. Payments are due when you arrive at your booking time. The cost will depend on how many people are in your group when you arrive.

Which forms of payment are accepted?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Interac debit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, and cash.

Is my group placed with another group?

No, all bookings are private. Only players in your own group will participate in the room that you booked.

Are we actually locked in the room?

No. For your safety, the door through which you enter the room will remain unlocked. You are free to leave the room if necessary, such as to use the washroom.

Are your escape rooms scary?

No. Our current rooms are not intended to be scary. However, they are designed to create an immersive atmosphere, which can include different lighting and sounds. Some of our rooms may also include engaging challenges or surprises to increase the entertainment experience.

Where do I park?

We have a large parking lot with plenty of free parking at the back of the building at 420 Des Meurons Street.

Our entrance is also at the back.

How early should we arrive?

Your group should plan to arrive 10 minutes early to check in and pay.

Completing our online waiver before coming will expedite the check-in.

What happens if we are late?

Depending on how late you are, we may have to reduce your playing time, and possibly provide additional hints to ensure you progress through the room more quickly. This is to allow for the next group to start at their booking time.

Do we have to remove our shoes?

Usually no, however if your footwear is tracking in mud or sand, we may ask you to remove them to keep our rooms clean.

Do you have lockers?

Your group will have a large dedicated wardrobe/locker where you can hang your jackets and store your handbags and mobile devices. The wardrobe will be locked until you leave the escape room.

Are your escape rooms accessible?

Yes! Some rooms might require one group member to take a step up or reach up or down, but that's the extent of it.

We design our rooms so that as a group, you don't have to crawl through a tunnel, climb stairs, or swing on a burning vine across quicksand!

Previous satisfied customers have come with crutches, baby strollers, wheelchairs, service dogs, etc.

Are masks required?

No, the choice to wear a mask is entirely up to each customer.
